Health Savings Accounts

BCU offers Health Savings Accounts. By teaming up with Cuna Mutual Insurance Group we are providing great rates, no set up fee's and professional administration of your HSA funds. If your employer provides a high deductible medical coverage plan, turn to BCU to manage your account. We can accept your or your employers deposits by any method, either paper or electronic, and you can then access your account in person or online. Hannaford Card Compromise

On March 17th Hannaford Brothers Company announced that they had experienced a security breach that potentially compromised debit and credit cards utilized at Hannaford Supermarkets (and select Hannaford related stores) between December 7th, 2007 and March 10th, 2008. Hannaford reports that card numbers and expiration dates were obtained during the card authorization process, but personal information such as account-holder names and addresses were not exposed.

As many of our members shop at Hannaford, we are aware of the possible exposure of your CUcard (ATM/debit card) account numbers. Although it is unlikely you will encounter fraudulent activity, we want you to know that Bryant Federal Credit Union is doing everything possible to protect your accounts.

In the meantime, we strongly recommend that you monitor your accounts closely for transactions you suspect may be fraudulent. If you discover any suspicious activity, please contact us immediately at 1-802-886-4228. You are not generally responsible for any fraudulent transactions appearing on your account so long as it is reported to the Credit Union immediately upon discovery.
